0-24 hours before the party- Refund 0% of Booking Amount.
1-3 days before party – Refund 25% of Booking Amount.
4-10 days before party – Refund 50% of Booking Amount.
11 days or more before party- Refund 70% of Booking Amount. Incase of postponing the Party/Event Date

0-24 hours before the party – No postponing request will be accepted and no refund will be provided.

1-3 days before the party – In case of emergency.. the customer can postpone or reschedule the party date, without any deduction in advance amount.

Return Policy:

You will have Seven (7) calendar days to return non food items, an item from the date you received it.

You will receive the credit to Original payment Source with in 7 calendar days (Except Credit Card Payments), from the date we received the retuned item in original condition.

Refund against cancelled orders:
