Delivery Timings:
Automatic acceptance of orders is not binding on us if not received in advance as per conditions. However, in case of orders received later, we do try to deliver at the earliest, as per your requirement but delivery in time cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries will take place between 11.00 am and 12.00 mid night, unless otherwise specified timings.
* Note: Same-Day delivery service requires orders to be placed at least 12 hours in advance.
* All Other Orders will be deliver as per Scheduled or Requested Date and time.
* Currently we are accepting Food related Orders with in Hyderabad City, Telangana only.
* Gift Hampers and Return Gift Orders are accepting across the India.
Substitution Policy:
If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address, it may be substituted with next best available flavour, colour, shape, size. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
